Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey began at 14 years old. After a kickboxing training session, wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd was able to build on her victory and continued her three-fight win streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her adversaries in the very first round of all fights. In the following fight, she was back at WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen took on Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia outclassed Aspen and defeated her by an unanimous vote to remove an end to Ladd's amateur record. Ladd returned from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to increase her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015, and was signed by Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Aspen faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and was able to dominate her in the first round to win a TKO. She won her next fight at the hands of Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission and went up to Bantamweight for her next fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen made use of her superlative fighting skills to defeat McGill and ended her via the third round TKO(elbows as well as punches). The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Ladd's victory was a unanimous verdict, and also it was the Fight of the Night award came to each fighter. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak in less than 16 seconds.
