Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports started at the age of 14. She began training in kickboxing boxing BJJ and wrestling before making her debut as an amateur at the age of 18, at WCFC against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd was able to win three fights within a row in Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the opponents she defeated ended in less than a moment.
